Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the website, mobile platform, services, applications, communication channels, or any associated products/services of Loan2Business (“Platform”), the user (“User”, “Customer”, “You”, or “Your”) expressly agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, disclaimers, declarations, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue usage of the Platform and services.

Your continued use of the Platform shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

About Loan2Business

Loan2Business is a financial advisory, loan consultancy, and intermediary platform operated by MindVision Creation OPC Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

The Company is NOT:

A bank
A Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
A registered lending institution
A credit rating agency
A guarantor
An insurer
A recovery agency.

The Company only acts as a facilitator/intermediary connecting customers with third-party financial institutions including banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, investors, financial service providers, insurers, and other regulated or unregulated entities.

All lending decisions, sanctions, approvals, disbursals, rejections, pricing, documentation, interest rates, recovery actions, legal proceedings, and financial obligations are solely determined and handled by the respective third-party institutions.

Eligibility

By using the Platform, the User confirms that:

The User is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law
The User is at least 18 years of age
All information provided is true, complete, accurate, and not misleading
The User is authorized to submit business and financial information where applicable.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, terminate, or restrict access to any User without assigning any reason.

No Guarantee of Approval

Loan2Business does not guarantee:

Loan approval
Loan amount
Interest rate
Processing timeline
Sanction
Disbursal
Credit limits
Insurance issuance
Any financial product approval.

All approvals are entirely subject to:

Internal policies of lenders/institutions
RBI guidelines
Financial eligibility
Verification processes
Risk assessment
Legal compliance
Credit bureau reports
Market conditions.

The Company shall not be held liable for rejection, delay, reduced sanction, withdrawal, cancellation, or modification of any application.

User Declaration & Responsibility

The User expressly declares and undertakes that:

All documents and information submitted are genuine and lawful
No forged, manipulated, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized document/information has been submitted
The User shall bear sole responsibility for any false declaration, fraud, misrepresentation, suppression of facts, financial default, or legal violation.

The User further agrees that the Company may rely entirely upon the information submitted by the User without independent verification.

The Company shall not be responsible for:

Verification failures
Fraud committed by any User
Misuse of financial products
Business losses
Commercial disputes
Regulatory actions arising due to User conduct.

Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Platform may display or facilitate services from third parties including lenders, insurers, vendors, fintech entities, consultants, or other financial institutions.

The Company:

Does not control such entities
Does not guarantee their conduct
Is not responsible for their services, policies, actions, representations, or defaults.

Any transaction entered into between the User and any third party shall be solely between those parties.

The Company shall not be liable for:

Loan recovery actions
Legal notices
Penalties
Interest disputes
Service deficiency
Financial loss
Fraud
Harassment
Data misuse by third parties
Defamation claims arising from third-party conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, consultants, officers, affiliates, shareholders, agents, representatives, vendors, and associates shall not be liable for:

Direct or indirect losses
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Reputation loss
Data loss
Cyber incidents
Delays
Rejection of applications
Financial losses
Mental stress
Harassment claims
Consequential damages
Incidental damages
Punitive damages.

The User agrees that use of the Platform is entirely at the User’s own risk.

Under no circumstances shall any personal liability arise against the directors, founders, employees, consultants, or representatives of the Company.

Indemnity

The User agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, consultants, representatives, and agents from and against all:

Claims
Losses
Liabilities
Penalties
Damages
Legal proceedings
Police complaints
Regulatory actions
Costs and expenses (including legal fees)

arising from:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent conduct
Submission of false information;
Violation of law
Default toward lenders
Third-party disputes
Misrepresentation
Unauthorized use of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, trade names, branding, software, website content, graphics, designs, text, videos, documents, and materials displayed on the Platform are proprietary intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited.

Legal action may be initiated against violators.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Upload false or forged documents
Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malware or malicious software
Defame the Company
Misuse confidential information
Interfere with website functionality
Violate intellectual property rights
Use abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently block such Users without notice.

Data Privacy & Security

While the Company undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to protect User information, the User acknowledges that:

Internet transmissions are not completely secure
No platform can guarantee absolute cybersecurity
The Company shall not be liable for hacking, data breaches, unauthorized access, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

The User agrees that information may be stored on servers, cloud systems, third-party software, or digital platforms used by the Company.

No Professional or Legal Advice

Information shared on the Platform or by Company representatives:

Does not constitute legal advice
Does not constitute financial guarantee
Does not constitute investment advice
Does not create fiduciary obligations.

Users are advised to independently evaluate financial decisions before acting.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delay, interruption, suspension, or failure of services caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

Natural disasters
Government actions
Regulatory restrictions
Internet failures
Cyber-attacks
Technical breakdowns
Power failures
Strikes
Pandemic
War
Civil unrest.

Termination & Suspension

The Company reserves the absolute right to:

Suspend access
Reject applications
Remove content
Terminate services
Block Users

without prior notice or explanation.

Termination shall not affect accrued rights, liabilities, indemnities, or legal remedies.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The User irrevocably agrees that no objection shall be raised regarding territorial jurisdiction or forum convenience.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

Failing such resolution, disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued usage of the Platform after modifications shall constitute acceptance of revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect
